Riley
Name:
Riley
→ Origin and meaning:
Old English Origin, but the reason he is named Riley is very specific. Riley was named as he is for Criminal Minds's Spencer Reid. Red had an imaginary friend as a child named Riley, and he always remembered a little boy named Riley who had been killed by someone from his past. This canine, Riley, is named so to relate to Reid and the team, as that is where he belongs.

Male
Breed and Species:

Relationship Status:
Isabella is his crush, but I have yet to doodle her up.
Family/Relatives/Friends:
He is friends with the entire BAU team from Criminal Minds. They're his partners in crime solving and he loves them all dearly.
No one knows anything about where he came from though, unfortunately.
Accessories:
He ALWAYS wears his collar, and wears his vest most of the time.
Psychological Profile:
Riley is as serious about his job as he can be. He tends to work harder at it than he woulds work at anything else, and he's good at it. He's a member of the FBI canine unit. The only difference he has from any other dog in the FBI is who he works with. He doesn't have a partner, nor does he do well with one. He works with a whole team, a BAU profiling team. They're his strength and the reason why he submits to easily to his job. Riley is arrogant sometimes, and can be very full of himself, especially when someone compliments him. But at the end of the day, he's just like everyone else. Riley loves playing with the team members, hanging out, and even outsmarting them from time to time. He's exceptional at showing off. He's very smart, a genius among canines, but is "mute" because he doesn't really talk to them. He barks and growls and whines and makes his presence known when he has to, but otherwise is silent.
Background Overview:
Of course it was raining.
Riley sat outside the FBI office in Virginia, drenched with water, a sign around his neck that stated his reason for being there. He didn't understand why his owner had told him to wait where he was, because someone will come to you, and you must go to them. Riley didn't want that however. He wanted to stay with her...
Eventually someone came along. Well, seven someones.
A myriad of FBI agents, who had noticed the sign and the dog, came out of the building when the rain had stopped. No one really approached Riley because no one know who he was. It wasn't everyday that a mysterious dog with the most annoyed expression on his face showed up on the doorstep.
"Maybe he really is here to help.. From wherever he came from." One of them said. Riley was angry that they just considered him a dog. He stood, and slipped the item from his neck, then sat up straight again. His eyes wandered and eventually he looked at the man he was supposed to seek out the entire time. Aaron Hotchner.
"I think it's alright if we take him in. I mean, he seems lost... Maybe he was meant for us." Another one said. Hotchner said nothing at first, but finally spoke. "Just one shot."
That was where Riley's story really began.
I have to finish this but I'm sorry I haven't got the time...
--Hates team at first, ignores them for the most part, or only pays attention to Hotch.
--Goes on his first mission and ends up captured, along with Agent Reid, by an apprentice dog fighter, who doesn't realize how serious that was.
--Is kept and fought for a month and a half, while a rapidly deteriorating Reid is used as bait, so as to keep him fighting.
-----Team begins to lose hope on finding Reid and Riley.
--Team finds a video, portraying Riley and Reid, offering them as sales.
-----They must figure out where this is going to happen.
--Eventually the day of sale comes and the BAU team figured it out.
--They bust the fight, but Riley, in confusion, bites Hotchner and nearly breaks bone.
--He is forgiven for this mistake and is hospitalized with Reid
--Riley is forced to wear a wheel chair, but has grown fond of the team, especially Hotch and Reid.
--More adventures etc. etc.
